Virtual seminar: Discourse analysis
In this seminar you will focus on one qualitative research approach, discourse analysis. Using discourse analysis you will explore data from a consultation between a doctor or nurse and a patient and begin to analyse what happens in the encounter (e.g. considering how it is structured by the setting and/or the technical nature of medical language).
