Good study - so key to get the right attitudes and skills to convey difficult news, not just to the patient but to their families too. I've seen examples of bad practice and of good practice and the differences are so obvious! Even just on the faces of the patient and their families - the amount of questions they ask can also indicate how 'well' the session went!
