Annual Lecture 2012 – How can we improve UK drug and alcohol policy? 5th December, 6-7pm

Speaker: Professor David Nutt
Chair: Professor Craig Calhoun

A reception will follow the main talk in the Senior Common Room (Old Building, 5th floor)

Professor Nutt's talk will reflect on these issues in the light of his ten years' experience on the government's Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs until 2010. He shall present new analyses that compares the harms of drugs and alcohol using more sophisticated methodology and challenge many of the current misconceptions about drugs - their harms - and how to deal with them.
