Not sure if this is useful to anyone but it was in the BL Bulletin, and thought it might be relevant to whoever has got the project relating to access to medicines in developing countries!

We Have A Drug Problem

This year’s National UAEM+Pharmaware conference discusses the access to medicines crisis in the developing world, as well as how drug research and development data is manipulated to meet the needs of those set to gain, and the effect this has on public health.

Join us on Saturday for a brilliant line up of speakers including Dr Ben Goldacre (Author of 'Bad Pharma'), Deborah Cohen (BMJ), Katrina Perehudoff (Health Action International), Katy Athersuch (MSF Access Campaign, Geneva) and Alan Abraham (UAEM Bristol). Then on Sunday learn about what is being done to tackle these issues, and how you can get involved in local and national campaigning.
