the Inuit Paradox- Native diet rich in fat no veg but low CV risk ?

i remember reading this article before how inuits have a diet that is seem to be unhealthy ?  rich in fats and meat very low in vegetables and fibre-but the native population seem to have low CV risk? and are not malnutritioned?

It will be interesting to find out the role of genetic factors in this case.Again does omega-3 fatty acids play any role? since the Inuits eat a lot of arctic fish which are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids
