The flat is situated in Whitechapel, 5 minutes walk to the Royal London Hospital, university, Tesco, 12 minutes to Whitechapel or Shadwell station and about 20 minutes walk to mile end campus. There is a lift in the modern art-deco fully secure building in a safe neighbourhood. Rent for room 1: £695 per month including bills (gas, electricity, water and WIFI) Rent for room 2: £675 per month (including all bills). The flat has 3 bedrooms in total and the flat has recently been refurbished, a new kitchen that has just been fitted (washing machine, dishwasher microwave, huge fridge/freezer) and all the furniture provided in the rooms will be brand new.
