EchoVideo (Q-Review) is Queen Mary’s powerful and versatile video platform, used primarily for lecture capture and media sharing. It allows students and staff to access recorded lectures, uploaded media, and other learning resources in one convenient place.

Students can view lecture recordings and other videos shared by teaching staff to support learning both in and outside the classroom. The platform also enables users to upload videos created externally or create new recordings directly using EchoVideo’s built-in software tools.

For videos you create within the platform, EchoVideo also provides editing features, allowing you to trim and refine your recordings before sharing or submitting them.

This guidance site will help you understand how to use EchoVideo effectively, including accessing recordings, creating and uploading content, editing videos, and your media library.

    • Before you begin, it is important to read this section to understand how to access EchoVideo (Q-Review), how it works, and how to use it effectively. This will help you find your lecture recordings, make the most of key features, and confidently create, edit, and share video content as part of your studies.
