How do I add instructors to my recordings?

Adding Instructors to an EchoVideo (Q-Review) Section

For some modules or events, multiple presenters or members of staff may need access to recordings in order to view, edit, or manage content. In these cases, additional instructors can be added to an EchoVideo (Q-Review) section.

You can add instructors individually by email address or import multiple instructors using a CSV file.

Add an Instructor

1. Log in to EchoVideo (Q-Review) through QMplus.
2. Navigate to the relevant course 
3. Open the section to which you want to add instructors.
4. Click Settings.
5. Select Instructors from the left-hand menu.
6. Enter the email address of the person you would like to add.
7. Click Add.

The new instructor will be granted access to the section and its associated recordings.

Add Multiple Instructors

If you need to add several instructors at once:

1. Go to Settings > Instructors.
2. Select the option to Import Instructors.
3. Upload a CSV file containing the instructors' details.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import.

Note

Adding an instructor to a section gives them access to all recordings and content within that section. Only add colleagues who require access for teaching, administration, or recording management purposes.
