Scheduling the release of your recordings

Scheduling the Release of EchoVideo (Q-Review) Recordings [edit]

By default, EchoVideo (Q-Review) recordings are published automatically as soon as processing is complete and become available through the relevant module's Q-Review section in QMplus.

If you would like recordings to be automatically released or withheld at specific times, you can request this when your recordings are scheduled. Simply contact Q-Review Bookings at qreviewbookings@qmul.ac.uk and specify which recordings you would like to be set as available or unavailable before they are captured.

These settings will be applied to the scheduled recording, helping to automate the release of content to students.
