We regret that there is currently a problem with the editing feature in Q-Review - when trying to edit, the recording gets stuck on the processing screen. We have reported this issue and a fix has been released by the vendor, Echo360. We are currrently testing this fix to check that it does not cause any further issues. We aim to release this as soon as possible and we will update this page once we have more information.
We apologise for this inconvenience.
UPDATE (Thursday, 14th January 2016):
A release of the fix is being planned for Tuesday, 19th January 2016 - during the normal at risk period of 7-9am.

A fix was released on Tuesday, 19th January and this has resolved the editing issue. We will continue to monitor the service, but please raise a ticket on the ITS Helpdesk or email email@example.com if you continue to experience editing issues.
