QMplus scheduled outage: 17-18 August 2021

The QMplus and QMplus Hub migration work is due to begin at 7am (UK time) on Tuesday, 17th August and will now likely continue into the afternoon of Wednesday, 18th August.

We are unable to provide any form of access to QMplus or QMplus Hub during this time due to the need to migrate all up to date content and data (i.e. read only access is not possible).

Please do not plan any activities in QMplus or QMplus Hub to take place on Tuesday, 17 August or Wednesday, 18th August (e.g. no assignment deadlines should be set for that day or the following day).

If you will need to access files or complete tasks using QMplus or QMplus Hub, please make sure you bear this date in mind and download anything needed from QMplus or QMplus Hub in advance of Tuesday, 17 August.

QMplus Hub (Mahara) update scheduled for Friday, 23 July 2021 - 8-10am

Notice for QMplus Hub users:

Please be advised that the QMplus Hub (Mahara) site will be unavailable on Friday, 23rd July between 8am-10am while we apply an urgent update.

This outage does not apply to the QMplus site.

Resolved: 13th July annual QMplus upgrade completed

On Tuesday, 13th July at 9pm QMplus was successfully upgraded.

We will continue to monitor the site over the next few days. If you encounter any issues post upgrade, please raise via the usual channels, the ITS Helpdesk, and include any error messages and screenshots detailing the issue.

On Tuesday, 13th July between 9pm and midnight, there will be disruption to normal service while we perform our annual QMplus upgrade. QMplus will be unavailable for a few hours during this upgrade.

Tuesday, 8th June between 9pm-midnight

QMplus will experience an outage on Tuesday, 8th June between 9pm-midnight while we update the system. This is to apply important updates to the environment to ensure that our online learning platform remains updated and maintained.
