Hi David,
All of these should be available via one click in the week 1 Health Illness and Society folder- there is a tag which says (read it here). The purpose of access these links via QMPLUS is that you automatically get the subscription that QM has to 100s of journals etc.
If this these links are dead or ask you for another password please let me know asap.
In terms of the de Maio chapter, this will be uploaded as a PDF on monday.
