Dear Students,

In previous academic years, including the last examination period in January, all Level 4, 5, 6, and 7 EECS exams were hosted on separate exam pages.

From May onwards, exams will be hosted directly on your QMplus module pages under the Assessment tab.

Please read the following important information regarding your EECS Semester B online exams.

  • Please check your exam timetable on MySIS for all scheduled exam times.
  • All online exams include a total assessment window, including a 30-minute submission window for scanning and uploading your work.
  • You are strongly advised to begin submitting at least 30 minutes before the end of the exam.
  • You must refresh your QMplus module page at the exam start time to access your exam.

Accessing Your EECS Exams

  • All EECS Semester B exams will be located on your QMplus module pages.
  • You will find your exams under the “Assessment” tab within each module.

  • If you experience technical issues, you must email se-eecs-student-submission@qmul.ac.uk before the deadline (cloud links such as OneDrive are not accepted).
  • Submission times will be based on QMplus or the backup email timestamp (whichever is earlier).

Late Submission Policy (Online Assignment Exams Only)

  • Up to 10 minutes late: 10% penalty applied
  • More than 10 minutes late: submission recorded as 0 (non-submission)
