We are a go-to firm for asset managers, including private equity firms, private and public funds, investment banks and large privately held and publicly traded operating companies.
Trainees at Proskauer undertake four six-month rotations with core seats in our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Credit Group and Private Investment Funds groups. Trainees play an important role in our high-performing teams, and will be given exposure to complex, high-value work assuming as much client contact and responsibility as possible. Trainees will have the support of mentors and supervisors throughout the training contract that will provide an extra, and hands-on port of call for support and assistance.

should be current SQE/ LPC students or graduates looking to commence a training
contract in September 2025 or September 2026.

Training Contract Applications
