- Graduate diplomas and conversion courses for students with LLB degrees from England and Wales.
- Legal practice routes including Solicitor's Qualifying Exam (SQE) and Bar courses for aspiring barristers.
- Work experience, training contracts, and pupillage.
This session will give you a clear roadmap of what’s required to enter the legal profession and help you make informed decisions about your career journey.
Followed by a CV Masterclass for Legal Careers:
Having a well-crafted CV is essential in the highly competitive legal field. During the workshop, you'll learn:- How to structure a legal CV, highlighting your academic achievements, legal work experience, and extracurricular activities that law firms value.
- Key skills recruiters are looking for, and how to present them effectively.
- Common mistakes students make on CVs and how to avoid them.
- Insider tips on tailoring your CV for specific law firms or roles, helping you stand out in applications.
