CCLS is hiring a Research Associate for a project with White & Case in International Arbitration.
The Post-Doctoral Research Associate in International Arbitration (PDRA) will conduct research into the system and processes of international arbitration and how it is viewed by its participants under the supervision of Norah Gallagher and Maria Fanou. This project will include the design and development of research materials and the development of questionnaires; conducting a sufficient number of interviews; analysis of research data; production of research reports; assistance with marketing and other relevant requirements as shaped by the PI and the CoI.
The successful applicant must have a PhD (or close to completion) or research qualification/experience equivalent to a PhD level in international dispute resolution (notably international arbitration, both commercial and investor-state). Moreover, must have an LLM or other master’s degree or relevant practice experience.
