Job Overview:

The Product Implementation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of PCL products for new clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring the product to meet those needs, providing training and support, and ensuring successful product adoption. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the product implementation process, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and goals.
  • Configuration and Setup: Customize and configure the product to align with the client's specific needs and business processes.
  • Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to clients on product features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Technical Support: Address and resolve any technical issues or questions that arise during the implementation process.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including setup guides, training materials, and client-specific configurations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for product improvements and enhancements.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure continued success and satisfaction with the product.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with software configuration, troubleshooting, and user training. Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Location: This position will be based out of our Fleet Street office in London with a 3-day office.

Start date: ASAP

Hours per week: From 20 hours – 35 hours a week (so looking for both current students and ones who have graduated).

Location: Work from home on Mon & Friday. The candidate must be in our Fleet Street office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as this is when the whole team comes together. Unless of course, they have classes on these days.
