Hi guys,

There is a very interesting documentary that is related to the Health Inequalities module.

It's been produced in Partnership with the Open University as a part of a debate on 'Contemporary poverty'. This episode called 'Four born every second' It looks at the impact of poverty on infant mortality and life expectancy in several countries, (The US, the UK, Cambodia nad Sierra Leone).

As disclaimer I must warn you that this may not be for everyone's taste, as it's very sobering and also quite graphic at times. You have been warned! Here is a link for this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p010jxky/Why_Poverty_Four_Born_Every_Second/
