I look forward to discussing Research Impact with you in Monday's session. Please see QMPlus for the key readings and also a link to a collection of impact stories from international development research. Please read the introduction and at least one of these impact stories (one page long). I have also included a link to all Impact Case Studies submitted to the last Research Excellence Framework in Geography and Environmental Studies. This is more for interest and reference and with no expectation that you will read many of them, but it would be helpful to scroll through to see the range of impact work in Geography and read one or two that connect with your research interests. I am also Deputy Vice Principal for Impact (Culture, Civic & Community) at Queen Mary and will talk about QM's Research Impact strategy and the wider impact of the university, including through our civic work in, with and for East London.
