On 18-22 and 25-29 September, colleagues at QMUL are engaged in local strike action.
The action is seeking withdrawal of senior management’s punitive policy
of 100% pay deductions for action short of a strike (e.g. withdrawal of
5% of working time). Some staff are being singled out for up to 113
days of punitive deductions for taking lawful industrial action to
improve pay and working conditions in a long running national dispute.
