The issue with some Blackboard Collaborate recordings has now been resolved.

We are aware that there is an issue with some Blackboard Collaborate sessions and recordings in QMplus.
The following error message is displayed:
The issue is not with all recordings (see details below) and does not impact current new recordings.
We are looking into this issue with technical help from our supplier and will update this message as soon as we have more information.
We apologise for any disruption this has caused.

Technical detail:
The issue presents for users where the Blackboard Collaborate activity has been used to set up and record sessions, but does not occur for sessions via the Blackboard Collaborate LTI (external tool variant).
