It's great that people are beginning to offer references to academic papers in the virtual seminar. But it's important to include the LINK to the paper, or at the very least the full reference. ('full' reference means [a] Name of the journal + [b] Authors' names, [c] Volume and page number). Much easier actually just to paste the link.
For example: I read a good paper on critical discourse analysis the other day - here it is http://das.sagepub.com/content/4/2/249.short
