It's a large double room in a flat of 4 people (all medics). The room has a bed, wardrobe and desk with plenty of space (more furniture available from the landlord on request) and a private terrace space. The flat also has 2 modern bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining room as well as access to a shared garden.
It's less than 200m from Leyton tube station and 3 minutes from Asda Superstore and Leyton Mills shopping complex.
Bills are £25-30 a month which covers gas, water, internet and electricity.
Easily the best flat I've had at medical school and I'm sad to leave.
