I am a 2nd year medical student (female) looking for someone to take over a double room available from May 23rd as my current flatmate will be moving out. Room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, and a closet.
The flat is fully furnished with 2 double rooms, a shared bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. There is a bike rack in the communal courtyard. The flat itself is located on the first floor within an apartment complex, secured by 2 locked doors. The landlord is very friendly and will quickly attend to anything that needs fixing within the flat. It is situated in a quiet street but in close proximity to Shoreditch and a wide range of restaurants, shops, gyms and bars.
Location is very close to Aldgate East station (3 min walk), Aldgate Station (6 min walk) and Liverpool Street (10 mins).
As for myself, I’m a laid back, friendly, clean flatmate and looking for someone that’s similar.
Rent is £910 per month and bills are around £68 (water, electricity + heating, Wi-Fi)
