There is an event tomorrow at 17:30 in GE Fogg LT organised by the Biomedical Society which is titled "Special insight into the NHS" by Professor Parveen Kumar (Author of Kumar and Clark's Clinical Medicine). She will be giving a talk about her medical training in the UK and her experiences within the NHS. This event is suitable for those who want to study medicine after their undergraduate degrees. Free for members so please do join to become a member of the Biomedical Society. They will also be hosting a range of events targeted to those who want to pursue a career in medical research etc.
