We wish to apologise for the on-going issues with QMplus during the last week and this week.
The technical team have been working hard to investigate and resolve the issues as quickly as possible. QMplus is currently back online and has been stable over the last 48 hours, although we continue to monitor the site.
We are also looking at ways to continue to improve performance, especially during peak times (usually between 10am and 3pm Mondays to Fridays).
