All events unless stated are in various locations around Mile End Campus and there is no charge for any events.
If an event shows as 'full', do sign up to the 'waitlist', as often you will still be able to attend, once room capacity is confirmed.

Careers Events in the autumn tend to focus on Law, Business, Finance & Graduate Schemes... as this is when these employers recruit for jobs starting in autumn 2018. I do appreciate that many of these events will not appeal to all of you, but there are some students who are interested to explore a broad range of options.
** Those interested in Graduate Schemes, can collect copies of The Times & The Guardian top graduate scheme books, from the Careers & Enterprise centre, in Queens' Building, WG3**

MARKET RESEARCH:
24th October - Market Research Society Graduate Roadshow, 6.00-7.30pm : "research underpins practically every business decision ever made". Come & explore this lesser known career option, great for those who are curious & analytical. Can also be a great way to develop a career in Marketing or Advertising.
TEACHING
25th October - TeachFirst presentation, 5.30 - 8.00pm: come & hear about one of the most popular ways into teaching
LAW
3rd October - Introduction to the Bar, 6-8pm. In conjunction with QM Bar Society
19th October - Exploring a Career in Law for non-law students, 6.15 - 7.45. Come & hear from QM Humanities alumni, now working as lawyers
23rd October - Visit Herbert Smith Freehills (OFF CAMPUS), 6.00-9.00pm. Opportunity to visit/network at a major law firm
24th October - Preparing for a Law Fair, 6-8pm. Essential tips if you are serious about a career in Law.
30th & 31st October - QM Law Fair, 3-6pm. Different employers each day.
