QMplus General Help
If you need help with QMplus take a look at the QMplus guides within the site. Alternatively, contact us for support via one of these methods:
- ONLINE – Raise a ticket on the ITS Helpdesk or email helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk
- DROP IN – Come to a drop in session – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-2pm via MS Teams
- WORKSHOPS - Attend a workshop or seminar. See Schedule.

If you have a school specific question/issue regarding your courses e.g. your module page in QMplus, end of year process, setting up assessments and giving feedback, SITs mark transfer, course creation, enroling students and groups etc you can contact your departmental QMplus contact who can deal with your queries.
