As we have already seen, reflection is an integral part of any educators practice. Whilst completing your apprenticeship/PGCert, we will be expecting you to regularly reflect on your journey and your progress.
Part of this reflection is carried out by mapping it against the KSVBs.
Activity: Reflecting on standards (Menti)
In this next activity, you’ll be invited to reflect on several key areas highlighted in the apprenticeship KSVBs. As you progress through the Menti, we encourage you to share your thoughts and experiences, and to assess your current level of confidence and competence in each area.
Questions the Menti asks:
• What standards, policies and governance procedures guide your current practice?
