This is a great time to pause and think about what you hope to get out of the programme. This Padlet is a space for you to share your initial thoughts, aspirations and any particular areas of interest you’re bringing with you into this experience.
There are no right or wrong answers - this is simply about starting to shape your own learning journey and getting to know your fellow apprentices.

- What are your hopes for your development as an educator through this programme?
- Are there specific skills or areas of knowledge you’re particularly keen to build or explore?
You might also want to mention what you're bringing with you - such as prior teaching experience, challenges you've encountered, or questions you're hoping to explore more deeply.
How to engage with others
Once you've shared your post, take time to read a few posts from your peers. You’re encouraged to:
- Reply to at least one other post – you might find shared interests or be curious about something they've written.
- Ask a question – for example, “What kind of support would help you build that skill?” or “Have you had any experience with that already?”
- Offer encouragement or resources – maybe you’ve read something that connects with their goals or can share a practical tip.
This forum is a supportive space - your posts don’t need to be perfect or polished. The goal is to start a conversation and connect with others who are on the same journey.
