In addition, make sure you create a volunteering profile with the Students' Union. Once you do that, you will be able to apply for plenty (honorary/paid) opportunities particularly relevant to psychology students.
There might not be a role for every one of you, but you can get an idea about the type of organisations offering psychology relevant work experience and look for similar openings independently.
