There is a large double bed with a new mattress (added in this year), a large desk with lots of drawers for storage, wardrobe from IKEA, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. Rent is £587.37 a month without bills (bills - £34.23). There is a toilet on the ground floor with a sink. There is a main bathroom (bathtub, toilet and sink) upstairs which is shared with one other tenant. Alternatively there is a shower room upstairs that can be used.
2. A single room on 2nd floor. The room comes with a single bed (with drawers for storage) and new mattress, hanging shelves over the bed, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe from IKEA. Rent is £507.92 without bills (bills- £34.23). There is shared usage of the main bathroom (bathtub, toilet and sink) with one other tenant. Alternatively there is a shower room upstairs that can be used.
There is a large lounge on the ground floor and a small garden at the back of the house.
Walking: 6 mins to Whitechapel station, 13 mins to Stepney Green, 9 mins to Shadwell DLR station.
