An affordable-by-London-standards room is available on the Caledonian Road, in the N1 postcode, King's Cross area of London.
It might seem like relatively far away from The Royal London - but it's only about half an hour, using 7 stops on the overground, changing at Highbury and Islington, from the very nearby Caledonian Road Overground Station, it's 2 minutes walk from our front door.
The room is on the small side - a double bed, wardrobe and a large desk fit in comfortably but there's not too much room to walk around! It's affordable for London at £499 a month. Half of the bill total will need to be paid on top of this rent. It's a top floor, 2 bed flat, with no living room but a decent sized kitchen and bathroom. The area is busy and, in my view, a really nice place to live. There's a nice little park just around the block and Upper Street is only 10-15 minutes walk, King's Cross Station, again only 10-15 minutes away.
A student going into 4th year MBBS would be ideal - but other years will be considered. You'd be living with a male 4th year MBBS student.
