Please also be aware that QMplus will receive updates on the 25th of August, which will contribute to intermittent outages scheduled between the normal at risk period, 7-9am.

Dear All,
As part of the migration of all ULCC services to the new data centre network infrastructure, all services will experience a brief outage during a 7am to 9am window on both Tuesday 18th August and Tuesday 25th August while servers and infrastructure are migrated across.
It is anticipated that each service outage will last no longer than a few minutes, but due to the number of changes being made, we have allowed the full time window for testing, and failback if needed.
ULCC apologises for the inconvenience this work will cause but is an essential part of the migration to the new network.
