Dear All
this week as you know there is no class. But you have a lot to do:
- the 8hr filming challenge - use this as an opportunity to test ideas for your assignment f film; make a crowdfunding video; or simply make a 90 second piece that stands on it own. This exercises will also test your working relationship and enable you to iron out any creases.
- Prepare for your Pitch. week 4 we will hear all the pitches. The aim here is that you have made some decisions about the type of film you are making; tone, story outline; style; genre etc. the act of preparing you pitch deck will enable you to find clarity in what project you are committed to making. The pitch is no longer than 5 mins. From the deck you can draw the information for your presentation - Do not read from your powerpoint. Tell us in your own words.
How you engage in each of this activities and manage your time will prepare you for making the film.
