As the festive period approaches, we would like to inform students of our upcoming office opening hours and service arrangements.
🕓 Our office will be open until Friday, 19/12/2025 at 16:00, which will be our final opening time this year.
📧 From next Monday to Wednesday (22/12/2025 – 24/12/2025), service counters will be closed. However, you can still contact us via AskQM, and queries will be responded to as soon as possible.
📅 Counters will reopen on Monday, 5 January at 9:30 a.m.
