We are looking for a female to join us and move into the master bedroom of a 3 bed flat. The room is very large, has a queen size bed and Juliette balcony which allows for extremely good lighting.
You will be living with two females studying in the dentistry field at Bart’s. The flat is fully furnished, and has a spacious living room with a dining table, comfortable large sofa and 50” Smart TV. There is also a balcony leading from the living room giving lots of fresh air and natural light.
The flat is located on the cusp of Aldgate East/Whitechapel and is conveniently just a 5-minute walk to Aldgate East Station and 10 minutes to Whitechapel station. There is also a local Tesco less than 2 minutes away and other stores nearby. The flat is on the 3rd floor, neighbouring friendly students and has security personnel monitoring the building.
The monthly rent would be £1166.60 and monthly bills would come be approximately £85 (including WiFi, electric and water).
The move in date would be from the 9th of August.
