I am looking for another female to take over my tenancy in a modern top floor apartment in Aldgate East, from late August/early September onwards. You will be living with a lovely respectful female dentistry student from Kings and her adorable rag-doll cat!
The flat is located in Aldgate East on the top floor, just a 3-minute walk from Aldgate East Station, with easy links to Whitechapel and the Elizabeth line. It's also a short 10-minute walk to the Royal London Hospital. It is next to Goodman’s Fields (Sainsbury’s, Amazon Fresh, Curzon and lots of cute coffee shops).
The flat is fully furnished, with a double bed (please note that the mattress is not included but I am happy to sell mine, which I bought less than a year ago, for a good price), a wardrobe, and all kitchen essentials. It has a spacious and bright living room, private bathroom, and a study room. The building is very secure with friendly neighbours, and concierge. You will also have access to the building’s gym and spa at no extra cost. There is also a parking garage in the building you can rent for a good price if needed.
Monthly rent is £1332.5 per month. Bills are around £70 per month (for electricity and WiFi - water is included in the rent).
