Hi! We're three final year medical students looking for one more flatmate to join us in our flat in Bethnal Green. It is a reasonably-sized double room with a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The contract would start on 1st August, and rent is £787.50 - which is very low for the area!
Our flat is a 4-bed maisonette, with a fairly big kitchen/lounge downstairs, and is only a 2-minute walk from Bethnal Green Underground (central line), 10-minute walk from Stepney Green and Whitechapel stations and Mile End Campus, and 15-20-minute walk from Whitechapel Campus. It's also super easy to travel to all London-based hospital placements - between the four of us we've been placed everywhere over the years we've lived here!
Two of us have lived here since our second year (testament to how much we love it here!) and are very keen to stay here now our other flatmates have moved on. We've lived with both males and females during our time in the flat so are happy for anyone to get in touch. Our flat has been lived in by Barts students for the past 9 years and we'd love to keep up the tradition!
