We are three Barts students (second-year medics👨⚕) looking for a new housemate🏡 to take a room from August 2025 (the fourth member is moving out in July).
It's a four-bedroom house just 8 minutes walk from Plaistow Station 🚇. Journey time from the station is less than 20 minutes (tube + walking) to the Whitechapel Campus (for the Mile End Campus, less than 15 mins). It’s also close to Newham Hospital 🏥 – just a 15-minute walk.
The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a chair, and space for storage. The house has a living room 🛋, a big kitchen, and a large garden (not to mention friendly housemates 😊).
Rent for the room (not including bills) is currently £605 per month (unlikely to change significantly).
