Dear Students,

If any of you are still unclear about the focus or topic for your dissertation (and this is also for those who have already done the annotated bibliography, as there is  still a chance to change topic), Fiona Samuels and Jennifer Lau (from the Centre of Psychiatry and Mental health) are looking for someone to complete a scoping review of mental health literacy programmes in LMICs. They would be your supervisors, it would build on some other work that has been started and the aim is to publish the scoping review.

If you are interested, please get in touch with Fiona and Jennifer directly and they can provide you with more information. If there is significant interest, they will likely use a similar application process to the partnership projects (i.e., a CV and cover letter).

Apologies this has come late in the term - sometimes research opportunities like this pop up. As noted above, you can change topic even after submitting your annotated bibliography, but please don't assume that you will be given this project until confirmed by Fiona. You should keep chipping away at your own research proposal while you wait to find out.

Fiona can be reached on f.samuels@qmul.ac.uk

Best wishes,

Andreas
