I am looking for two flatmates to take up two rooms starting from the 1st of August (12 month contract). My current flatmates are graduating and will be moving out of the flat.
The flat is in a modern apartment building (Ivy Point, Bromley by Bow). It has lobby security, gym access and a rooftop terrace. It is only a two minute walk from Bromley by bow station and Devon’s road DLR station. There is a Tesco Extra within a 5 minute walk. The flat has a washer/drier, induction stove and a dish washer. Two rooms are available, both with double beds. The first room is 210 per week (907 per month) excluding bills. The second room is 245.7 per week (1065 per month) and is a larger room with an en-suite. The flat is graded energy class A so utility bills are relatively cheap.
