We are 3 medical students renting a duplex flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with a separate spacious living room, balcony and kitchen. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The building has an elevator.
We are subletting 2 fully furnished bedrooms (750 and 850 per month) over the summer. The additional bedroom will be occupied by 3rd female medic. 6 min walk from Bethnal Green Station. 8 min walk from Whitechapel station. 5 in walk from big Sainsburys and a Tesco express. 10 min to Whitechapel Campus. 15 min walk to Mile End.
We're only looking for female flatmates to accommodate the current flatmate's needs.
