1. Barts and The London Arts Intern for Human Flourishing
The purpose of this role is to engage in processes to support Barts and the London Arts’ exhibition, these will include preparing reflections and images for printing, liaising with artists, and providing administrative support for the programme and curation of the exhibition.
Requirements: Queen Mary student who has experience in curation, social media and conducting research.
You will be required to work closely with a team of researchers and practitioners, so this is an excellent opportunity to gain event and research experience and build your professional network.

2. Research and social media intern in Co-creation and Human Flourishing
The successful candidate will support the Flourishing Project by reviewing the literature, being involved in research design, conducting research interviews and supporting data analysis.
The purpose of this role is to gain an understanding of how the SEED award is supporting co-creation and culture change across institutions and the potential benefits of this work, as well as supporting the promotion and development of co-creation and the narratives we use to talk about it.
You are required to work with a team of researchers and practitioners, so this is a great opportunity to build research experience and a professional network.
3. Impact Events Administrator
The Impact Engagement Team is seeking a motivated, detail-focused administrator to support external events in the coming two months.
The team will be paying the candidate £17.22 per hour plus holiday pay and the working hours will be 14 hours per week.
Duties will include:
- Managing guest RSVP details
- Liaising with external stakeholders and service providers
- Support the distribution of delegate packs, working closely with the Impact Engagement Manager.

4. qNomics Programme Administrator
The qNomics programme from the School of Economics and Finance has an amazing opportunity for an administrator to join the team on a part-time basis. The post is for 2 months starting in December.
The school is looking for candidates with good computer skills who will be able to set up a client system in which students participating in the programme are able to ‘claim’ clients and manage client information.

5. Policy Associates with Queen Mary Global Policy Institute (QMGPI)
The QMGPI is looking for 7 policy associates to join their team this winter, starting in January 2024. Associates will work with senior colleagues, academics, and other internal and external stakeholders to co-design, develop and deliver a diverse programme of activity and engagement.
The opportunity will be structured in a way to ensures that interns can point to tangible achievement at the conclusion of the internship. A commitment of 10 hours per week is envisaged, with the scheduling of work hours to be agreed upon based on the course timetable of successful candidates.
