We have a very large double bedroom available in a 4 bed house just off of Roman Road and only a 2min walk from Victoria Park.
We have secured a 9 month tenancy starting on 6th August (ending on 5th May 2024) so it is ideal for any other finalists. The room is priced at £773pcm excluding bills and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. There are two bathrooms in the house, a good-sized kitchen and living room and a very secure garden. There is also lots of room in the house to store bikes. The house is on a really friendly street and has always felt very safe, it is a 15min walk to Mile End station, Bethnal Green station and QM campus and a 2min walk to bus stops. There is a large convenience store and greengrocers at the end of the road and Tesco is only a 10min walk away.
We have lived in the house for the past 2 years and have loved it and we will all be entering our final year of medicine (2 girls, 1 guy).
