Dear users,
It has been discovered that the 100x Objective of the microscope has been dislodged from its original position and not focusing properly. Although it has limited the capacity of the system, the Raman will continue to operate with other objective up to 50x.
Please also take special care when inserting and removing samples and using the Z axis focus knob to avoid the damage to objective lens.
I will chase up with Lecia for possible service or replacing the 100x objective and let you know once its all sorted.
