I am looking for a female student who is willing to sublet (short - 3months) a furnished twin room at a student accommodation in Gants hill starting from May (May - August). The rent is 215 GBP per week with bills included. The accommodation is close to the tube station (0-5 mins). There are several amenities such as a communal area/lounge, study rooms and gym. It was comes with inclusive broadband.
