We are 3 medical students, who are hoping to move out end of April and find 3 people to move into our flat between 1st of May 2023 to 1st of June 2023, (we are happy to make adjustments to our own plans so flexible mover in) and take over form our contract and make a new contract with the agency. The rent is £2400 pm for the whole flat, and it is all double bedrooms and comes with wardrobe and chest of drawers. All of the rooms can fit a chair and desk (but would need to purchase oneself). 2 of the room will share a massive bathroom, and the master bedroom comes with an en-suite, and the bed is a king size bed, and also a balcony. There is also a living room which has a massive sofa, where another balcony is also situated here. and an open plan kitchen. Comes with kitchen utensils as well.
The address is E14 6DP, and is only a 7 minute walk to poplar DLR and a 12 minute walk to Elizabeth line Canary Wharf station. There are also many buses that takes you directly to Mile End campus and also Whitechapel campus. There is a 2 minute walk corner shop for booze, Iceland 6 minute walk, and a 10 minute walk to a Lidl and Tesco.
