Hello! My name is Isabel and I'm doing a PhD at Queen Mary. I have to return to Mexico for a sabbatical study and will therefore sadly leave my large room in Stratford (E15) and 2 lovely housemates - Barts medical students Adam and Rosa. See attached photos of the house with large garden, living room and good transport links - we live 2 minutes from Maryland station (Elizabeth Line) and 10 minutes from Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Overground and more).
The room will be available from the 26th of November with some flexibility and is £715 p/m. Electric, gas, water and internet bills around £40 p/m as house has been fitted with new efficient boiler.
My sabbatical will be around 4 months but I will return to finish my PhD. Therefore, I also am offering a much reduced price for a short term tenancy if this is of interest.
