We are 4 medics going into 4th year looking to to fill up our last room in our 5 bedroom terraced house :)
It’s a big house located on Bancroft road, so it’s right next to Mile End campus and less than 5 minutes from Stepney station and local shops. There is also a little shop right next to the house which is ideal.
Rent is £678 per month and we currently pay £35 bills each on top of that. The room has a double bed and desk and is a decent size.
There’s 2 shared bathrooms, ground floor living room and a large kitchen. We also have a garden with a shed and shelter to store bikes etc.
The landlord is great, any issues that have come up he has been quick to sort things!
Tenancy would begin 11/08/22 and last 12 months.
